A Small Joke About a Very Big Feeling
WiFiPotato is an independent cartoon project about tech, attention and the strange comedy of trying to stay connected.
Why this exists
Most art about technology is either breathless or apocalyptic. This is neither. It's a potato standing on a chair in a hallway, and it's the most accurate picture of modern life we could draw.
We poke fun at the things that quietly run our days: routers that blink for no reason, productivity systems that need their own productivity system, AI that is confidently wrong at scale, and a phone that treats every single thing as equally urgent.
What we don't do is make anyone the punchline. The potatoes are overwhelmed, distractible and a little tired — and they're still lovable. That's the whole thesis.
Everything here is drawn by hand, written badly at first, rewritten at 1am, and eventually printed on a shirt.

The original spud, drawn during an outage that lasted four hours.
